From walking thru the front door to the time I left everyone was Great...the girl with the dark hair helped me at front desk helped me with signing in...Abby was very nice before I saw Lydia...she was Fantastic...showed empathy and compassion and gave me scripts meds to help me!! SCOTT was also very nice with the nebulizer.

Convenient MD urgent care helped me very fast with kindness, compassion and love. I had Stepped on a piece of glass and put a big gouge in my foot. And being a man I didn’t go to doctors right away. I waited a week and a half. The wait time was excellent. When I saw the first nurse she was excellent. The doctor came in. She looked at it and she said I’m gonna need to get a CAT scan of my foot. Looks like there’s something in there so she sent me to the hospital. So I went to the hospital in Dover and they sent me to be there for you by ambulance. I had emergency surgery that afternoon and I want to thank for Doctor there for telling me that she couldn’t fix me.… read full review
Friendly and helpful staff for appointments. However, be aware that they’ll fail to notify you about bills owed, and instead they send you to debt collections to get payment. Received a letter 4 months after an appointment from a debt collection agency for a $30 bill that I didn’t even know I had outstanding. This is after already paying one bill at the time of appointment, and another one month later. A phone call/email would have sufficed to collect payment, and been a lot less jarring than a debt collection letter, especially for something as small as $30.
