Brian was extremely helpful when I thought I had broken my iphone screen. I dropped in to be sure that was my only issue and order a new screen to be installed. I was super happy to learn it was only the screen protector I had installed that had a crack in it and he was able to replace it on the spot. The only reason I didn't know for sure this was my issue was I was hesitant to remove the screen protector myself if it was indeed holding broken glass in place! Thank you for your service. If I need tech repaired in the future, I'll surely start with the iGuys.

We’ve been using Conway Vet for over a year now and have had a very positive experience. They’ve been very patient and caring with my fearful rescue dog who struggles with strangers touching him. He recently needed emergency care and they squeezed him in for two emergency visits and minor surgery, and were really helpful answering all my questions and getting him on the road to recovery. Prices are fair, and they were transparent about discussing costs before emergency treatment.
Highly recommend!! I took my newly rescued Husky Mix, Cammy, here for a bath and deshedding. The staff were absolutely fantastic. You can tell they really care about their clients. I got the express service, and Cammy was ready in under 1 hour! She was so soft and silky and smelled great, and her undercoat was expertly raked, and she was free of any protruding tufts of fur. This is now our go-to pet salon!
I had an appointment for cut, color and hot tools style. I absolutely ADORE my hair!! Ashley was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted, talked me through what she’d be doing, and was was just overall amazing. I’ve legitimately never been happier with my hair! I’m a bit of an introvert, so I sometimes get nervous at hair appointments, but she put me at ease too. The prices are all totally reasonable. I’m 100% going back to Ashley, I can’t say enough good things about her and my hair ?
Karen is just wonderful. My son and I got our hair done with her, and not only is she a master at her craft, she is so fun and easy to talk to. She really listened to what we wanted and delivered above and beyond our expectations. The shampoo and blowout was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep! Furthermore, her prices, both for products and services, are insanely reasonable. We had such a great experience and will come back again and again.

And the reason for the Five Star Review: the people who work there! ! Each and everyone of the staff I encounter were top quality. The fact they “cared” about Veterans and we’re proud to be caregivers for Veterans was evident. The VA Clinic in Conway should be used as a model for the entire Manchester VA Healthcare System. ??

Took my daughter for the Day of Beauty package for her birthday. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly! The spa area was lovely. Our massages and facials were amazing and so relaxing. Lunch was provided as part of the package and we were pleasantly surprised by our options. After lunch we had our pedicure and manicures, as well as make up touch up and shampoo and blow dry. We both had such a great days hanging out with everyone in the salon and spa. We are definitely planning on coming back in the very near future!

One year update: American Air's customer service remains the best! They performed my first yearly cleaning and after they left I thought the vanes weren't closing all the way--I was wrong--but less than an hour after I emailed, I had received a response and less than two hours after that a technician had arrived at my house to take a look. And this is service they are providing a year after they installed the mini split! I remain exceedingly happy and grateful for American Air's excellent customer service from those who respond to emails and phone calls, to the installers, to the fixer-technicians, thank you all very much!! Now, onto the review after having the mini split heat pump for a year...I should have had one installed years ago :) It was fabulous over the winter, keeping my entire house at whatever temperature I set it at. Up until last year, I heated solely by wood and had purchased a bunch of wood just prior to making the decision to have a mini split installed, so I went back and forth each week, some days heating by wood and the rest by mini split. And yes, my electric bill was slightly higher, but with the costs of woods these days, I think I came out even during the winter. And for me, the summer is where the mini split spectacularly shined! Up until this past, very hot, summer, I've never been 100% comfortable 100% of the time. I was this year and the electric bill was LESS than what I had paid previous years trying to keep cool with the window AC unit. I checked out my electric bill for the last 12 mos. and even with using the mini split for heat for at least 1/2 of the winter, my electric bill was 2% less than the year before. The mini split is the best purchase I've ever made and American Air was the perfect company to buy it from!
I recently purchased from and had a mini split heat unit installed by American Air Systems and I can't say enough good things about the experience from the very beginning to the very end! Everyone there that I had contact with was the absolute best, John, Vicki, Robert, Tyler, Vartan and Alex. Yes, a whole crew of folks from American Air Systems helping me. They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and absolutely superior in every way. The unit was installed a month and a half prior to the earliest estimated installation date I had been given. The installers were on time, professional, courteous and personable. They did a fabulous job! And cleaned up! And then when I had a question about why the unit was sounding the way it was, they sent someone over within an hour to explain in detail how the unit functioned. I've never had such an excellent experience with a contractor. They had the documentation I need to apply for the rebate completed, and sent out to me the day I paid my bill. Professional, courteous, fast, and kind and fun too :)

I can not say enough good about the care and compassion our 3 dogs receive. The staff is always kind and courteous and the veterinary staff are very compassionate and always anserws our questions and they always follow up with a call to check on our pups.I would highly recommend
