From first contact to receiving my device back today, I could not have asked for a better experience.
The response time to my e-mail was very quick. Bill laid out the process and steps clearly. When I mailed my device, Brian called me right after receiving the device, explained the issue (which was not what I thought it was) and got the device back to me in 2 days. Brian and Bill were amazing to deal with. They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced. If I have any future issues, The iGuys will be my first contact. Thanks very much!
These guys are the best! I sent an email inquiring about camera lens replacement on my iPhone. I received a call back within an hour. Brian mentioned that most of the time it’s actually the lens protector that breaks not the actual lens. He said I could stop in and they’d be able to tell what had actually cracked. He was right, fortunately it was only the protective covers that needed replacing. I could’ve been easily fooled into spending hundreds of dollars replacing parts that didn’t need replacing. Not knowing or understanding exactly what I was looking at. Instead these guys were nothing but honest and helpful. This is a wonderful business...read full review
