Strength and Power Massage

I was referred to Joseph Lamoureux by a friend. He asked me pertinent health questions, asked me which areas were bothering me, and thoroughly examined my gait and posture. He worked on my back for 45 minutes, delicately handling - without neglecting - my injured shoulder and ironed me out pretty well. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. He allowed the silence of the room, which I preferred, but said he often played music for other customers. The room was clean and tidy, and he didn't short-change me even one minute. 10/10 would recommend.

I had my first massage with David M and I feel great! He gives a sports massage and it released so much tension. David was polite, efficient and knew what he was doing. I will see him again.

Five star across the board! It was a very productive session that we can build on. I noticed the whole process was professional and well organized, with a good "vibe" and energy in the room. I intend to book more sessions but also need to point out I am not looking for appointments on a continuing basis in any way. That said, Joseph and I still have work to do, see you next week. thanks
