I wanted to send a thank you out to Sarah for her great work and awesome customer service. I had an issue that she was so quick to take care of , and for that I will definitely be back. I appreciated that she asked me questions throughout my massage to make sure I was comfortable and if there was any areas I'd like her to focus more time on. I'm usually a silent customer, but it made my massage better bc normally I wouldn't say anything. She relieved so much pain in one session, I definitely recommended her work!

LOVE this Elements location!!! 10/10 customer service. Everyone at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. The facility is wicked clean which makes it that much easier to relax. Highly recommend Jamie if you like medium to firm pressure. 10/10 would recommend this elements location to friends and family! Keep up the good work! <3

I have been a regular customer of Elements Massage Concord for several years now. At one point I ended my membership because I could not get in to see the therapist of my choosing. It can be difficult to schedule, they book up so quickly! That’s my only concern with the biz, other than that, everyone is very friendly attentive, and the service is exactly as they say it is! I highly recommend visiting… Just be aware, the best therapists book up months in advance!
