“Since moving to Vermont, HB Energy Solutions has become my parents' trusted energy supplier. They have received hundreds of gallons of oil, full propane tanks, and expert boiler, water heater, and plumbing service.
When you call, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and support that is all too rare in today's world of automated systems. You immediately feel valued and like a priority. With a warm, "Hello! How can we help you?" They assure you someone will be there as quickly as possible, often on the same day. This is not merely talk; before you know it, the white van or truck with the HB Energy logo arrives at your door, ready to serve.
The staff who come to address your concerns or fill your tanks are skilled and friendly. They are ready to share a moment about the weather or their day. Their smiling faces bring a sense of positivity, leaving your space looking tidier than when they arrived.
As members of their service contracts, we enjoy consistent, reasonable payments, freeing us from unexpectedly high bills. This peace of mind, combined with exceptional service, makes HB Energy Solutions our trusted partner for heating and plumbing, fostering a lifelong relationship built on trust and care.”
