“When we decided to replace the siding and update the back porch on our old house, we connected with Patrick at Aspen Ridge Builders. We knew there would be several issues uncovered once the old siding was removed, including rot, sill and foundation damage, voids in the insulation and at least one window and two storm doors that would need to be replaced.. Patrick helped us feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the repairs and the siding project. Patrick and his team were professional in all aspects of the project. They identified several problem areas and made the necessary repairs prior to re-siding our house and worked in a timely fashion, often enduring poor weather conditions. The siding looks amazing. Our back porch looks and feels brand new. Patrick even helped us install a 1600 pound piece of granite for a front step. We are thrilled with the final results. This is our second time using ARB. We hired them to build a finished room in our basement last year which has provided much needed additional space in our home. “We worked with Elite construction after a large white pine fell on our home causing quite a bit of damage. Elite was nothing short of incredible and made a bad situation, as hard as it is to believe, into a positive experience. Our first contact was with Shane McDowell who promptly came to assess the damage, then assembled a team led by Dave Dobrowski to complete the repairs in an expert and timely fashion. Everything was well communicated and rolled out exactly on schedule. Craftsmanship was high quality all around, communication between insurance company and construction crew was seamless. We could not be happier. Everything exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, we probably had 25 or 30 folks on the job (large roof crew who replaced the roof in a day and a half included), and all were skilled, polite, and respectful. “I hired Kevin to build an attached two bay garage with room above for future apartment and mud room. Kevin was handed nothing more than rough layman sketches and a photo of a similar setup. He had to figure out the heights, transitions, stairs, and blend to the existing house. He always showed up on time and exceeded expectations in his delivery. He was a very good communicator throughout the project. The final product is outstanding and looks like it was always there. We get so many compliments.
