We worked with Elite construction after a large white pine fell on our home causing quite a bit of damage. Elite was nothing short of incredible and made a bad situation, as hard as it is to believe, into a positive experience. Our first contact was with Shane McDowell who promptly came to assess the damage, then assembled a team led by Dave Dobrowski to complete the repairs in an expert and timely fashion. The Service Master scheduler called me right away, and the crew did the cleanup work immediately.Chuck and his team were awesome. I have worked with multiple estimators and project managers from this office on projects in both MA and NH over the last few years as an Independent Adjuster. No matter which estimator I worked with, they always seemed knowledgeable about the insurance process, very responsive to any questions being from either myself, the insured or insurance carrier we were working with at the time, and was able to help bring multiple insurance claims to quick resolutions.
Overall I like working with them as a company and will continue to do so in the future.
