We had a water pipe leak from the upstairs master bath, through the living room ceiling and on through to the basement- ruined carpets, flooring, ceiling, furniture, etc, at the end of a warm July. Service Master came that day and did a superb job of water mitigation. Next steps- all new to us and we had no idea where to begin. Service Master, with full transparency telling us they work with Elite Construction, said we might want to check them out for the renovation tasks.

We worked with Elite construction after a large white pine fell on our home causing quite a bit of damage. Elite was nothing short of incredible and made a bad situation, as hard as it is to believe, into a positive experience. Our first contact was with Shane McDowell who promptly came to assess the damage, then assembled a team led by Dave Dobrowski to complete the repairs in an expert and timely fashion. The Service Master scheduler called me right away, and the crew did the cleanup work immediately.Chuck and his team were awesome.
