Jeff was both punctual and polite, in the quoting process and during work. I really appreciated his flexibility to squeeze me into his schedule as this was a smaller job overall, he could have easily walked away from. The work he did waterproofing and tiling my shower was great quality, and he was done sooner than the quoted timeline. Under promise and over deliver! I will surely look to use him again on future projects.
