Our hot water went kaput a week ago, and ours is a difficult place to deliver to because of a steep, slippery driveway. THS has made every effort and consideration to deliver/install the new tank. Very accommodating, pro-active staff. Great confidence in the company.

It has been a full year since our solar and battery back up system was installed. I intentionally wanted to wait to provide feedback until we had a full year of experience. We got off to a rocky start with the installation and it took 3 months to get the system working as designed. That being said and considering COVID and things out of GSS control I am still able to recommend GSS with 5 stars. My decision to go solar was strictly about reducing fixed monthly expenses. Following are the results. - Eliminated my electric bill, $0.00 (money earned back from selling excess credits is minimal, not worth counting) noteworthy is that we intentionally use a lot of electricity, electric car, Mitsubishi heat pump (installed at the same time as the solar) and hot tub. We also saw our propane consumption drop from 1,100 gals/year to 398/year. The bottom line for us when factoring the propane savings, cost of the heat pump system, cost of electricity without solar and the tax credit we received, we will see a full payback in only 6.8 years. (side bonus not included is the gasoline savings with PHEV car) Well worth it. I realize our timing was helpful (installed before price increases and today's energy costs have skyrocketed) I highly recommend both going solar and GSS. Bob McCullen - By way of an update, now 4 years into our solar system - We had an issue with our Enphase system communication with the manufacturer. In spite of Q4 2025 being a rush for Granite State Solar, as they were trying to install systems for people before year end as the tax credits were expiring on 12/31/2025, they used all their resources to dispatch a master technical form a sister store in Vermont to make the repair to my system. You never know the true character of a company until you have an issue that requires service. GSS once again came through for me at a very challenging time for them and their business!! 5 stars!!

Leslie and her team are phenomenal! Off the charts amazing. We first meet Leslie to taste test our wedding menu, we were pretty boring just saying we wanted tacos, we got to her adorable place and she had different kinds of meat, the fixings, cold corn salad, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and gosh it was all so good. Leslie was very responsive and her team showed up timely and set up and they were so friendly. they served buffet style and cleared tables for us. They packed up all the left over food and told me where they put It and the cleaned up like spotless, you never would’ve known they were there! The food was amazing and I tell everyone about Ballroom Catering! Thank you Leslie and team!

Erik and Casey were awesome to deal with and are very down to earth. I have a diesel tractor which I don't know a lot about and Erik took the time to walk me through removing the fuel injection pump. It's been running great ever since. I highly recommend these guys!
I was having faults on my boiler leading to no hot water, and Jim was able to get on the phone with me right away and walk me through the troubleshooting process. I didn’t even have to pay for a technician to visit, and Jim was extremely helpful and clear in his explanations. I had my hot water back within 30 minutes. Amazing!
Sam just put a topcoat on the new driveway leading to my garage. He provided a competitive and detailed quote and took the time to explain the importance of proper preparation for the project. He also made sure we had effective drainage in place. Even after a full day of work, the crew left our property as clean as it was when they arrived. I recommend Sam Cooper without reservation.
We had a new roof installed on our 1800's barn. We are extremely happy with the final product.What would have taken us weeks took them less than 2 days. Recently had Olde Tyme Craftsmen refinish our kitchen, family room and bathroom. On time, performed as advertised by the owner and did a wonderful job on our floors. Crew was awesome. Couldn’t be happier!
I'm really satisfied with the work that was done. Only thing I'd love to see improve is you guys need some mowers that can stripe a lawn. I highly recommend the exmark brand.
