“Discovery of a rotted piece of framing and a poorly constructed covered deck addition led to having to undertake a large construction project over the summer. I had the pleasure of working with Tim, James and their crew to get this project done.

It was a very complex job that involved a complete demo of a deck and siding elevation while maintaining the roof system. Zak Co. went above and beyond what I thought was going to be possible, despite multiple challenges and change orders during the scope of work. They worked very flexibly around my schedule, as well as helping with a Pella-induced mishap (all the doors and windows were delivered as a wrong size.) They also helped with my intentions of oversizing the framing to make a deck that would last longer than I would.

The pricing was very fair and for the quality of work we received and the attention to detail, I am extremely satisfied. I cannot recommend working with these folks for your next construction project enough.“
