They quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new frost-free outdoor faucet, and also noticed that my home didn't have an interior shutoff valve for that line. They installed one as well, which gave me much greater peace of mind.

While working, they also saw that the wood around the outdoor faucet had begun to rot. Instead of simply installing the new faucet and leaving, Kyle came up with the idea of rebuilding the area using Azek trim. The finished result looks terrific and was a much better long-term solution.
