The initial site visit was extremely thorough and informative, yet every time I had a follow-up question (or 10!), Ray responded right away and spent as long as necessary walking me through the workings of the mechanism or the logic of the venting or the rationale for the placement to make sure every concern was addressed. The installation itself was performed expertly, with professionalism, and without delay. “Mike and the team at 603 were wonderful to work with. Our home was struck by lightning and they helped us install our new water heater. They were very responsive and communicated in a variety of ways. There were a few hiccups out of 603's control and they went above and beyond to make sure our water heater was installed with the highest of quality!
