I want to thank Mountain Plumbing of NH for an outstanding job. ChatGPT had recommended Mountain Plumbing, and based on my experience today, I can certainly see why. Kyle, the lead technician, and his apprentice, Landon, were among the most professional, polite, and courteous service technicians I have ever met. They quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new frost-free outdoor faucet, and also noticed that my home didn’t have an interior shutoff valve for that line. They installed one as well, which gave me much greater peace of mind. While working, they also saw that the wood around the outdoor faucet had begun to rot. Instead of simply installing the new faucet and leaving, Kyle came up with the idea of rebuilding the area using Azek trim. The finished result looks terrific and was a much better long-term solution. Nobody enjoys spending money on home repairs, but if you’re going to do it, it should be done right the first time. That’s exactly what Kyle and Landon did. Their workmanship, attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism were exceptional. Kyle represented Mountain Plumbing with pride, and it was refreshing to experience that level of customer service in today’s world.
