First time home buyer here. Chris walked us through the process and set our mind at ease. He came prepared with everything he needed to get the job done and was thorough and knowledgeable.
Chris the inspector was absolutely wonderful. As first time home buyers, he made us feel like the priority. He was right to the point with no fluff and also took extra due diligence for the sake of our 1 year old. He was thorough, knowledgeable, intelligent and very personable. He took time to explain things we may not have understood, and walked us through his findings. His report was easily understood.
Chris was so professional. I called him on a weekend and he made the appointment for first thing on Monday morning. He was professional, thorough and friendly.
