We had our Generac generator serviced in the past, and had negative experiences with two other companies, but today (10/24/25) Alex from JN came out, and we were very impressed with his knowledge of our Generac! He was informative answering all of our questions, professional and down to earth friendly. He serviced our unit, replaced an old battery, and had our system functioning perfectly! From the moment I called and spoke with one of the owners, I felt this would be a great experience, and it was! They are appreciative of military folks too so that is a plus for this company as well. Was so lucky to find JN Electric - Alec was very polite and helpful, describing what the problem could be. Luckily he was able to fix this older generator, saving me money, and also providing peace of mind knowing that I should be good. He did a lot of test runs to be sure that it was resolved. Thank you Alec and JN for wonderful job. You've got a new customer, for sure!

The tech was polite and curious. He went over what was done during the service on our generator. The service was well done and we will continue with JN Electric for our generator maintenance.
