Moved into an older house with a 17kw Generac system. Previous owner was using JN electric for their annual maintenance. The system was about 12-13 years old but when I moved in it was very loud, sounded like knocking or valve tapping. I previously had a Generac system so I knew that wasn’t normal. I called JN electric and they were great. Joe came out quick and listened to it free of charge, He told me the system is old, but there was an option to take the valve covers off and inspect the valves, he suspected it was some valve lash on the back cylinder. JN Electrics techs (Nolan, Alex, Brian) did an excellent job of installing the new generator. Pleasant to work with and polite. Each one had a job to do and did it well. They also worked well together we the need arose. From getting a new generator quote, to arranging install date, to the actual installation I would have no problem recommending JN Electric.

JN Electric installed a standby generator at my home. They were very responsive to my questions and even came out to the site twice to walk through location options with me before starting the project. They were able to schedule the job quickly and complete it in about half a day. I enjoyed working with them and will definitely call on them again in the future.
