Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable through every step of the insulation process on our new home. We appreciated their communication and responsiveness on our home renovation project.
This is a company that takes pride in their work!!!! My project started with a very poor builder Rourke Construction of Lowell, (Ryan is terrible to work with) which left our project unfinished. So, we started to work direct with Builders Installed Products, and words do not convey just how good this company is. The sales rep. Joshua Williamson came to our residence multiple times, was very professional and equally important very conscientious. He was honest, and forthright throughout our project. Builders does great work. My house was losing heat faster than the Red Sox can lose a game and they came in and insulated my attic and now my house is staying warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. The guys who came were professional and clean and did an awesome job letting me know what I could improve.
