Before I do many items, I search the web and get information. Joe explained a usual local Lincoln regulation when I was planning on doing work.

The city needs to do an inspection, where Joe is present. The city found no problems. Joe’s hourly rate is like competitors. Where you save significant dollars is when you do the simpler repetitive things. You do need electric tools and know electrical safety measures“

“Had a problem with the main breaker box. Called 3 electricians Fri. morning before 9:00. All the calls went to voice mail systems asking me to leave a message and they would call me back. Hadn't received a call back from any of them by 2:00 in the afternoon. Called Precision and talked to an actual person, told her what my problem was and she said she had a man available. 20 minutes later he arrived and fixed the problem. It was 100 degrees Fri. and the forecast was more of the same for the weekend. If Precision hadn't come, I was facing a weekend with no power (no lights, air conditioning, etc.) and I would have had to try to find a hotel during the College World Series. Incidentally, it's 10:45 PM as I write this and none of the electricians I called this morning ever called me back.“
