“I want to take time to complement the excellent service I got from Omaha Electric Service. I called late Monday for a 220 volt circuit breaker that failed. I have a old home with no markings for brand of circuit breaker. I spoke with Pete and he identified the breaker by color and had one in stock. I was transferred to scheduling and Sheryl set me up for Tuesday am. I showed concern that we might have the wrong breaker and might cost me a service call. Sheryl took a picture of the breaker and emailed it to me. The technician, Mike came the next day and was polite and took care of my problem.
