“Bree is AMAZING! I have been a patient at the Muscle Medics for over a year, seeing them roughly every 3 to 6 weeks to assist with severe knots in my neck and shoulders. When nothing else can help a migraine to release, Bree is just what the doctor ordered! I have used the medical massage here in combination with Chiropractic to help largely alleviate my migraines!

I found them through a Google search, and used their online booking to book my first appointment, and have been a regular customer ever since! They really focus on targeted muscle care, and also give tips and tricks that you can take home with you to help work on the issue overall, rather than just addressing it in clinic. I love that they do a whole body focus, focusing on healing you and rehabbing your issues overall, rather than just a Band-Aid treatment.

I'm lucky that I live so close, but they are super conveniently located near downtown Papillion, on 84th street! It's only a 10 minute drive from me, but I would gladly drive across the city! The amount of relief and help I have received for my neck pain, arthritis in my neck, and severe shoulder knots, cannot be overstated!

I have had many massages at other places, with more spa-like experiences, but that was not what I needed to help with my severe neck pain: the medical massage focus is exactly what I was looking for. I love that they have large images of the body and how the muscles connect to help teach me what's going on with my body while they are fixing it. It's still a really relaxing environment, with low lighting, and good music, but it is not a spa experience. It's more focused on healing and transformation, and relief of medical pain, rather than a zen/spa atmosphere. If you are looking for relaxation, this can absolutely be the place to get it, but if you're looking for a spa retreat, this is not the right fit for you. If you're looking for relaxation that will help with medical needs and medical pain, this is the right place!

One of the things I love the most is that all of the therapists remember their clients, and make you feel at home and like you're family. It's a welcoming environment, where people know your name, and remember what you have going on, but it never feels intrusive or uncomfortable! I absolutely love it here, I'm so thankful to have found Bree and her healing hands, I highly highly recommend the Muscle Medics!!!“

“After our 3 year old son's spinal cord surgery, we needed to take him in for physical therapy. Every other pediatric physical therapy clinic had a months long wait. Fyzical was able to get our son in right away. They were super professional and very fun. They were very up front about everything we needed to do with him at home and created a clear cut game plan for our son from they start. The sessions were fun and engaging for him, he ended up calling them the fun doctor! Everytime I asked him what he did with fun doctor, he would say "we played!". He still asks to go back and is very sad when we tell him that he graduated. His progress was super quick and substantial! We cannot recommend them enough!“

“OrthoNebraska's Lift Like A Girl Challenge was exactly what I needed to learn how to lift weights correctly. Ryan and Joe were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They demonstrated each exercise (sometimes more than once!) and ensured that I was using correct form. A very specific plan was created for me, and with their guidance, I was able to steadily increase the weight I could lift while improving my overall strength, posture, and confidence. Jacob reinforced all of these new skills with weekly emails and ongoing lessons. I learned so much! It was an amazing program!“
