My third visit for a massage with Dina. She knows what she is doing! Sore neck and shoulder. Couldn't look backwards when reversing in my car. Now I can!!! Every time I have left feeling relaxed and destressed!

Before Fyzical, I was having issues with balance, coordination, and eye convergence. These symptoms made me feel out of place from the world around me and it really took a toll on my confidence. At Fyzical, I was able to share my symptoms with the PT’s and they came up with really creative ways to help overcome these symptoms and helped me set and reach my goals! The activities they did with me consisted of various balance walks and stances in chaotic environments they simulated. I am very pleased with the progress I have made working with the therapists at Fizical. When I started, I had great difficulty in navigating even straight and level surfaces. When their help, I am able to carry out most day-to-day activities without with greater confidence and steadiness. I am even able to navigate stadium steps and seating isles without fear or requiring assistance from those seated in the area. The staff is patient and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone having similar difficulties.
