“Whoever we talked to over the phone is 5/5. The driver that delivered our load today was 1 star. I know the person that answered the phone said that is was up to driver to where they drop the load. Today the driver dropped it in our driveway instead of down another driveway due to being too small. However, same type of truck has delivered gravel, Home Depot has delivered back there, the previous home owner had 6 trailers back there, and we also had a concrete truck back there. This guy said it was too small and said he doesn’t get pain enough. Really irritated.“
