Jordan and his crew are 100% Pros. They skillfully took down a massive 100 yr old maple from our backyard that had to be craned over the house. Finished in 1 day and cleaned up the mess very well.

My husband and I were on our driveway attempting to clear off the 3 foot tall, 4 foot wide frozen berm of snow that the plows had left on January 13, 2024. It was very slow going and I was struggling because I have Multiple Sclerosis. A Klug's Tree Service pickup, with a plow, drove by our house, slowly, and then backed up. They took care of ALL of the frozen snow at the end of our drive in about 2 minutes. I was so happy that I was crying frozen tears in the -30 wind chills. In October we had our tree removed from the front yard. Kind of a bitter sweet day but, the tree had to go, it was an Ash tree.The professionalism we experienced was beyond what we expected. Working with Sharon at the office and Jordan on site.Watching how each person with the job they had to do the communications (headsets) and hand signals. The crane operator was amazing to watch after Jordan sawed off sections of the tree like using a butter knife. They were flawless, we were just in awe.
