Ryan has proved several ways that there was indeed hail. He is still working diligently to get me where I deserve to be on repairs. JR walked us thru the insurance claim process and met with the adjuster ensuring everything that was damaged was covered, repaired properly or replaced. This was our first insurance claim, so I was new to the process, which was difficult to navigate with my insurance company. JR was patient and did an excellent job explaining how the claim process worked. There were several things that I would have skipped over that my insurance adjuster did not mention that JR had found that were repaired / replaced and fully covered by insurance.
