Ryan has submitted all the required plus more that Auto Owners has asked for. The Auto Owners rep in Michigan yep Michigan claims there was no hail event at my location. Ryan has proved several ways that there was indeed hail. He is still working diligently to get me where I deserve to be on repairs. I highly recommend Ryan and his professionalism but by no way would I recommend Auto Owners. The customer service from Auto Owners is embarrassing.
