“Quick and easy. I have a 95 lb Lab that will NOT let me touch his nails. They had him clipped and ready to go by the time I finished a cigarette. I wasn't present during the trimming, but my pooch came out tail wagging and happy, so they obviously treated him well <3“
“Just picked up our dog. Maria did a fabulous job, exactly what I wanted. He is sooo clean, trimmed up, looks great. Our dog doesn't like being in a crate or cage. We dropped him off & picked him up in 1 1/2 hours. Not like 4hrs at other places, plus less expensive. I will be back. I prefer supporting local businesses.“

We even moved about a 30 min drive away from this location and love her enough to continue making that drive every 6-8 weeks!Our mail-shih has terrible anxiety w/grooming, and our 4-lb Pomerania has some special chronic medical circumstances. Shelbi has gone out of her way over and over again to accommodate both. Highly recommend her!“

“We moved to Omaha two years ago. Having said goodby to our favorite PetSmart groomer in Portland, Oregon, we needed to find a new fave here. Having tried a couple of recommended grooming salons, with not great results, we finally found an excellent groomer for our Standard Poodle at OakView PetSmart. Her name is Ash, and she is very talented with giving our Nelson a sporting cut with pomm tail and topknot. She is also sweet to him--she actually likes him and doesn't treat him like he's just another dog, which I appreciate! I can tell that he is happy to see her. For the second grooming with her, I wanted her to make a slight adjustment to the back of the topknot. I showed her a picture, and she styled it just perfectly. She's very willing to work with a client. We just hope she never relocate! Not every groomer does a Standard Poodle well, but Ash does!“

“Love how they go with the pace of our dog. She gets scared easily and they keep her relaxed the whole time. They do an amazing job with her haircut and always makes sure we have open communication about what I want so there are so surprises. I also love how they text me pictures of her as an update through her groom. I am also able to buy eye and ear products at the shop and they are always having sales on pet items. They are a little more expensive but I know I'm getting the treatment I want for our dog. Love going here“
