The new site strongly braids together a pure mixture of modern-ness meets comprehensiveness meets easy access for our account holders and virtual visitors. Our new site is a magnificent result of a respectable partnership and constant coordination with JM Online’s web relationship manager, designers, coders and developers (and everything in between)! We’re thrilled with the content organization as well as how everything looks and responds, and we’ve had amazing feedback! We applaud the entire team at JM for their direction, support, guidance and suggestions throughout this well-traveled journey. In addition to all the great ideation, content management and behind-the-scenes IT workings, the JM team remained calm as a cucumber and we appreciate that open-ended and candid communication conduit. This also goes without saying, but we also REALLY appreciated the seamless (and I truly mean SEAMLESS!) transition from old site to new on Launch Day! As a complex financial institution with thousands of end user accounts, our phones did not ring off the hook because of an offline site, inaccessible account, or some other unknown gremlin or glitch. We are very VERY pleased with our new website, and we look forward to continuing the great relationships that we’ve built with JM and its team members along the way. AWESOME-NESS KUDOS to all!“
