Karen with Data Axle Genie was a great help to me when onboarding my company into their system. She explained the various packages available and even helped with setting the parameters of the search I needed.
We've used Hoovers-D&B for the past ten years, and Data Axel does several things Hoovers-D&B can't do. We've also found their live chat to actually be live!We're getting more, better service, and for a fraction of what we were paying. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.
As most ppl who left a review. I worked with Kari. I was really hesitant to work with them due to last experiences with another company. After about a year, Kari contacted me and we had a great talk. I explained my concerns and asked questions, she was patient and addressed my concerns and answered each question.
