They always did fun things like lunches, community service, involved the employees in things, etc. I will give you a great example of what this company is all about, Christmas was on a Tuesday one year and the boss (Shannon) gave us Monday off just as a gift... like who does that?!?! Ok, just one more example of this company, one of the bosses is super crafty so she would just give us fun handmade and personalized gifts for "little" holidays such as Valentine's day, 4th of July, etc. If you are looking for a company that cares about the employees, puts the client's needs before their own, and supportive, you have come to the right place! I know a lot of companies that the boss would leave at 2 p.m. or leave the employees to sort out something that had come up last minute, but Shannon and the other bosses would be the first to jump it to help and 99.9% of the time be the last to leave! So much respect for this company!“
