“I found Dr. Lozier a few years ago through a Google search and a lot of prayers. After experiencing extreme gut issues, hormone struggles, and an inability to feel like I could completely recover from Covid, I was desperate to find healing in a new way.

I committed to a year of his program - monthly meetings/check-ins, tracking my symptoms, etc. Honestly there were months that I was completely over the process and other months that I walked away feeling refreshed, hopeful, and celebratory for the healing my body was finding. This wasn’t an easy journey for me but it was one that really set me up to listen more fully to my body, ask important questions, and learn how to love and care for myself more holistically.. which I'm learning is a slow process and takes time, but is so worth the investment, time, energy, and love.

As I tracked my symptoms every month, Dr. Lozier would listen and answer any questions I had (I often wrote them out before my meetings with him, which helped). Together, we’d come up with a plan on what supplements to take every month and any dietary/lifestyle changes that could help, too. I say together because I was open about my budget and he was willing to help me prioritize what he felt might be best. I always had a choice and a say in everything and he would remind me of that if i ever forgot, too.

In the end I found tremendous healing that I never even knew was possible (crediting this to God and His care/provision through Dr. Lozier and his team). It took a lot of time and I’m still continuing to heal and learn. I’m grateful to have a team that set me up well to not just need them but to want them. The goal for me was not to depend on them but to learn and be empowered to continue this journey for this rest of my life. They are a safe place I know I can always go back to.

I go quarterly to make sure everything is aligned properly and any time i tweak my back they get me in rapidly, sometimes they even ask if i can come right that second because they can squeeze me in!
