I suffered various symptoms that I thought were just a part of getting older, having had a baby, or associated with mental health. These included fatigue, anxiety, PMS, headaches, carpal tunnel, caffeine dependence, and more. After a few appointments of acupuncture and minor adjustments, along with vitamin supplementation, all of my symptoms have lessened significantly! I'd say at least 50%. I sleep better, have better moods even around my period, and have not had a single headache! Highly recommend if you just aren't feeling good day to day but have no specific diagnosis.
