I came in looking for the Sacheu tattoo lip liner since I saw on Instagram that they were just released in stores! The ulta closest to me didn’t have them and I called other stores with no luck. I came to this store and Sam went the extra mile to help me find it! They only had one left and I was so happy. Thank you Sam!

I called the store hoping for some advice on BLUE LIPSTICK for a randomly specific costume (the Sandworm in Beetlejuice movie), and a very knowledgeable staff member [i want to say her name was Hailey] found exactly what i needed! She asked specific questions as to understand what i was looking for and knew her product so well that she was able to give me multiple options! It was so helpful that she also pulled the items aside behind the counter so i could stop in and easily see them in-person. The NYX brand was a vibrant color and great quality! - AWESOME experience

Huge selection. I usually know more then the employees but I know a lot about what I'm looking for in general so I wouldn't dock them for it. I just know a lot about make up. I do enjoy the selection here and the prices for sure as well as the loyalty program.
