“I was gifted a facial with Skye in preparation for my wedding and it was one of the best experiences that I have had. First of all, Skye is incredibly kind and put me at ease which was key for my day of relaxation. She started with a consultation and she clearly read over my intake form closely as she asked very specific follow up questions. She listened as I reviewed my goals for the day and made intentional recommendations as I had booked a service that would meet some but not all my goals. Skye was able to pivot and provide me with an experience that exceeded my expectations and checked all the boxes and more. Additionally, she recommended two products based on my goals and skin concerns and provided me with samples of each so I could try them out. She did not try to push a million products on me and I apreciated that. I am looking forward to returning and recommending Sky to my friends and family.“

“i went here for the first time today for a manicure and had the most amazing experience. hailey was fantastic with my nails and did exactly as i asked, and while checking out, the receptionist saw my neck needed a clean up and offered to ask a stylist to clean it up at no cost. adrianna was quick and friendly with shaving my neck, going above and beyond with service. the salon was clean and every employee was so nice. i’m so pleased with reflections and will definitely be coming back!“

Even color, beautiful color, shiny even after the bleach because of the hair mask they used!
