There alway so rude. It’s not one person it’s everyone every time I call or go there. The staff is obviously over worked. The owner takes in the profit and doesn’t address anything. I can understand maybe once or twice being my fault But I am fed up being a return customer and nine times out of 10 a member of the staff is rude. What does that make logical sense to me either is having one Staff member accepting large Project that may only cost $75 to 100. But then turning away seven customers that may spend $25 each. I don’t understand the lack of profitability. ??‍♀️ I think after 15 years it’s time to just give up and find somewhere else…..

Lindsay has been cutting my hair for years. She does an amazing job with my hair. I will wait for an opening with her because she never disappoints and lets talk about that personality, she is such a sweetheart and makes you feel like a rockstar and like youre the only one in the salon including other hairdressers. You have to try her out. There's a reason why she's the manager!!!

Woman rushed through cutting my son's hair.. butchered it. Took to much off the top by far then to little on sides. Didn't know what a fade haircut was. Said if we want the sides shorter she will take even more off the top. After taking two inches to much already. My son had to constantly put moose in it to keep it from looking worse. It's so badThe beauty school did a much better job and took their time. We can't wait to see it grow back so we can get a real haircut. To be honest ID trust a child with a pair of ✂️ over this place again.
