After being denied several claims for a new roof by my insurance company, I was forced to pay for it out of my own pocket. I had several local roofing companies give me estimates for replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts. After 3 or 4 estimates, I was so frustrated with the lack of professionalism displayed by all of them for one reason or another. I am a 75 year old senior who was thinking that I would probably die before I get the roof replaced. After an extremely exhausting back and forth with our insurance company, we finally got a positive decision on replacing our roof. My spouse and I decided we wanted to potentially upgrade to a metal roof if possible and talked to multiple reputable companies in the metro area with out much success. A friend recommended Lastime Exteriors whom performed a metal shingle upgrade to his late 1800’s restored barn venue and had nothing but positive to say about their quality of work and gave me their contact information. Beautiful work. They did my siding and my roof. It is gorgeous and really like art. Talented professionals and easy to work with. I really think it will be the Last Time I need siding or a roof. Highest quality stuff installed by professionals.
