I had the biopulsar reading done with Chanell, and it was extremely helpful-she is very knowledgeable. The studio is AMAZING-they offer yoga classes which I plan on taking soon, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and chill. I also purchased this amazing lip balm which really helped my extremely dry lips. They have this holistic approach to everything and everyone was super helpful as well. Will definitely be back. Great experience.

This place is warm, welcoming, and more than just a yoga studio. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Chanell and staff for a few years and couldn’t recommend a better place to begin your wellness journey. Simplicity is a great addition to the community and Omaha. There’s a ton of classes for beginners and for those with experience, ranging from yoga to barre to Pilates. Private lessons are available on the reformer (MUST try), there’s a clinical herbalist on site, massage therapist, acupuncturist, reiki practitioners, and as the name says, MUCH more!
