Very nice studio with friendly owners. Classes include a 60 minute version of the 26 posture Bikram sequence run at an appropriate temperature. Showers are available and there is a decent size changing area. If you are visiting Omaha or looking for new studio, you should check this place out.

The teachers are outstanding and so are the classes. It's been a great experience. Beginners shouldn't feel intimidated, while more advanced students will get the communication/coaching they need. Highly recommend.

A beautiful place to learn so many different yoga practices. I was originally very nervous, because I have never done yoga at an actual yoga studio before....just classes at the gym before...and I didn't know what to expect nor if I would be able to keep up. In my first Hot class, I tooted as Lisa helped adjust my pose and she just giggled and said that was supposed to happen. And she and all the other teachers continue to solidify what a safe and loving place Karma Yoga is for everyone. I'm grateful I had the courage to try something so new. Lisa, thank you for always calling out the gold in each one of us! Namaste!
