I just had my fall inspection on my elderly furnace. I was glad when the technician, Robert, said it’s running good inside and out.
I left River City last year do to scheduling conflicts, I’m glad I went back. They installed my heat pump and furnace many years ago when I moved in to this home. They will be taking care of it until it comes time for a new one.
Robert is professional, polite and thorough.

Reviews
Merlin is my requested technician. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he is doing and tells me the ranges and where my equipment is at. Very trustworthy. Has been my go to tech for several years.
Merlin has been here before. He first covers his shoes as not to track in dirt. He has worked on both heating and cooling for me. He thoroughly checks everything out and explains what is working and what needs attention. He then checks to see if you have any other concerns or questions. He also responsibly shuts off the lights when he is done working, always appreciated.
