We called River City Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on a pricy furnace repair recommendation made by another company. We got an appointment the same day. The technician was very professional and thorough. He told us that there was nothing wrong with our furnace and even had another technician stop by on the next day to confirm his diagnosis at no extra charge. River City is my go to for everything heating and cooling. I purchased a home and they had installed the furnace in the home 20 years before. Up to that point I used another servicer but when the other servicer first cleaned my furnace, a week later it went out. They came back out to do a full inspection but ended up telling me the furnace needed replaced. I called River City for a second opinion and within seconds they spotted a wire which was not fully connected and caused all of my issues.
