Our technician was prompt in arriving on a Friday evening during hot weather. He had the A/C fixed in 30 minutes. Matt was a great guy, and easy to work with. We would definitely work with them again!

I decided to try them after bad experiences with a couple of larger companies who only seem to care about pressuring you to buy a new unit or maintenance contract. Our AC stopped working. Since our unit is about 12 years old was fully prepared for a sales pitch. The tech was very professional told me it would be a relatively easy fix and replaced the capacitor for a total bill of $230. I even tried to offer a tip which he refused. In an industry that often gets a bad reputation for some companies with questionable practices it's great to find one with this level of integrity.
