I go quarterly to make sure everything is aligned properly and any time i tweak my back they get me in rapidly, sometimes they even ask if i can come right that second because they can squeeze me in! I also have a nagging hip injury that has limited my mobility, so one day i brought it up to Dr. John and he tested my range of motion, adjusted my hip, and retested.
