The intake process takes 2 appointments and sometimes X-rays are needed, but after that, each appointment is very quick and straightforward because there is a plan in place for the direction of your care. He was able to get us both in with 2 days notice and made it work for our hectic schedules. The location is a nice change and was easy to find. The room was clean and relaxing. Jeff is always friendly and does his best to make his client comfortable. I like a pretty intense massage, and he had the strength and tools to get it done.
