“I was referred to Dianne and when I saw the Inner Child Healing session I knew it was for me. I’d been struggling for years with this primal, deep seated anger towards my mother for a really rough childhood that I had because of her. I’d tried just about everything under the sun to get over my anger but I just couldn’t let it go no matter how hard I tried.

During my session with Dianne my meditation was to breathe in peace and out anger. I got a visual of myself on the floor, sick, like I had the flu, purging and purging out anger energy.

After the session I felt lighter but wanted to sit with it for a while. Suddenly a week had passed and I realized I hadn’t even thought about my Mom. The next week I thought about her but instead of my blood pressure rising, my pulse racing and my anger simmering I was just sad about the situation. By the 3rd week after the session I finally allowed myself to breathe because the anger was really gone!
