I really enjoyed the services. However, when I was done my face and hair, it looks like I should not be seen in public, and yet I was walked out into the lobby, and everybody, I felt, was staring at me. It really pretty much ruined all of my good vibes. This was my first time Doing anything like this, so I was not prepared with a comb, make up and hairspray to counteract the treatment effects. There was no one available to help as they were all busy. All I asked for was a comb and spray.

My experience from the time I checked in until I walked out was exceptional. Hailey was a dream! She asked questions, offered advice and was very helpful. I am in love with the style and color we settled on. Already scheduled my next appt!

My experience and stylist were amazing! I accidentally came in on wrong day and they were able to fit me in. I am now starting to go grey and had no idea how to transition with a natural look. My stylist went over options and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend! Thank you Gloss!!!!
