From our initial contact with Deck Bros with my first call to the office staff and our meeting with Josh the sales consultant to the finished deck we were amazed. Trent Fieming the project manager made sure our new deck would be exactly what we wanted. He is very easy to talk to. Last but not least are the craftsmen who removed our old deck and built the new one. Pipa the crew chief along with Saul, Oscar, and Juan. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. My experiences with Deck Bros was a very pleasant surprise.
After calling a couple other contractors, who were slow in responding, with no details provided on their estimates. It was getting late in the season, and I also wanted a cement pad installed under the deck and wanted it poured before it got too cold. I found Deck Bros and was intrigued by their Deck in 3 Days statements. They came through with flying colors. From the preconstruction interview, to project construction, cleanup and follow up everything was addressed.
My deck is beautiful! And so very sturdy, they use extra thick posts and quality materials.
