I would love to be able to give a positive review. But my potential deck remodel never even got off the ground. A representative of your company came to my home to write me an estimate for my deck remodel/extension. He was a professional and cool guy to work with at the time. The guy said he would get back to me regarding my estimate. He gave me his cell number. I've sent text messages but I've not heard anything back. So apparently I guess the person doesn't want to do the job. I talked to the individual on the phone they were in the middle of a call and they said they would call me back, but never did. They came to my home October 3rd I sent them some questions regarding our preferences for Our Deck and here we are today and I still haven't heard back from them with an estimate. So instead of saying the person's name putting them on blast, I'll be classy and just not name drop. This is definitely very unprofessional though.

We were in the process of buying our house but needed stairs built for the dog to go down. He worked with us getting measurements and directing us who to go to for surveys and stuff. As soon as we closed, he was at the house ready to work! Love the stairs! We will absolutely use when we replace the deck! 100% recommend Jay and Deck-it!
