Dr. Sutton is an amazing doctor/urologist. My grandfather seen her for very serious medical issues and she was very thorough and always personally called him with results, follow up concerns, etc. The staff treated him amazing during surgery, was on top of his pain management, and also would squeeze him in sooner if needed for follow ups. She went above and beyond to get his insurance on the phone when they were denying important scans he needed. Dr. Sutton and her team had the insurance company on the phone and it was reviewed/approved within a day. My grandfather and family cannot be more appreciative of her and her team. I find their PAC Amber Riecken to be very close to rude, and quite difficult, she repeatedly refused to understand and acknowledge what I was telling her. She had declared something which was an incorrect & incomplete assumption & I attempted to explain & clarify in further detail that she was assuming something based on something that meant nothing, because it was never part of the situation. She rather rudely kept saying something that was entirely meaningless. I would be very happy to leave CHI, but it's about my Mother's healthcare not mine.
Due to this & my previous experience with another CHI facility and one of it's doctor wannabe's, I can't recommend CHI to...read full review
