Great place for a quick easy haircuts. My wife needs a quick trim spot on, my 3 yr old son had never had a professional haircut and Jenna was awesome and made him feel comfortable and she did an excellent job. I got my hair and beard trim, paige was so awesome and fun to talk to and did good job as well.
Im only giving 4 out of 5 because the front desk ladies were rude and didnt seem to care about anything but chit chatting. Didn't offer us the punch card for free haircuts or tell us about discounts or other service and seemed annoyed when we asked if we could change the lobby tv for my son. The student that saw me gave me pointless upgrades that she washed out of my hair.. however she did an amazing job with a drastic haircut that was very challenging. Most professionals have a difficult time with my very thick coily red hair, but she was exceptional 👌. Her overseeing teacher is the one who told me to get the pointless upgrades...
I give full credit to the student who cut my hair. She was a bit shy, but very eager to learn. I brought a video and photo of the hairstyle I wanted, but since the student wasn't sure how to do it, she called the instructor over. The young instructor rudely told me they 'don't do that hairstyle here' and made me feel very uncomfortable. I took off one point strictly because of the instructor's behavior.
