I enjoyed the flow. Different from what I was used to. Really enjoyed the different stretching. Only thing I wish is that they sold 10 pk, 20 pk passes. And not expire at the end of the month. Only reason it's not a 5.
This is a true yoga studio. Welcoming, relaxing, calming. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and caring. There is a class for all exercise levels. I look forward to my practice sessions!
Sacred Yoga has excellent instructors, a wide variety of classes, and is a beautiful space. I have loved getting to know the community of people who practice here. It is a safe place to grow in your practice - body, mind, and soul.
