Dropped in for an evening burn class while traveling for work. A great class with light weights. A little advanced if you have never done yoga before. Julie was the sweetest and led a very relaxing strong class! I would 100% recommend this spot and will be back in the future!
This yoga studio is wonderful. I was traveling for work when I decided to search for yoga. I'm glad I did as I really enjoyed the space, instructor & practice. I'm hoping to attend another class when I'm in the area again.
I enjoyed the flow. Different from what I was used to. Really enjoyed the different stretching. Only thing I wish is that they sold 10 pk, 20 pk passes. And not expire at the end of the month. Only reason it's not a 5.
