Joining Evolve Fitness has made such a big impact on my life! It took me 18 months to get out of a funk after having my first child and as soon as stepped foot into Evolve, I knew I was on the right path again. I even got pregnant with our second child within a few months of joining and was able to workout at Evolve consistently up until two days before I went into labor!I have been a member for a year and a half after moving from Omaha to Norfolk in early 2022. The amount of people that I have had a chance to meet from the gym in that timeframe has been so meaningful for me as I also work 100% remote and need some socialization in my life. Joining Evolve has been a great experience. It's not the same "boring" exercises. I love the idea of full body focus. I like having coaches available to assist and modify. Thanks for all you do!

Best decision I made was to switch gyms & join Evolve!! It’s the best place to go workout & work on your goals!! The trainers are amazing and it’s like one big family. Everyone is always rooting for you on, pushing or challenging you!! One of my favorite parts about this gym is the workouts are tailored to everyone, the trainers can make it more advances, intermediate or beginners level. I highly recommend trying out Evolve!
