I can honestly say that before I arrived here at Evolve, I had never participated in a functional fitness program as varied and fun to try as this gym offered. I love the gym community that Brooks (owner) has captured here, and am proud to be apart of it. I have been learning exercises I didn’t know before every new program phase that we do, which is every four weeks. If you live in or around Norfolk, Nebraska, I highly recommend investing your time in this establishment.
