A return customer! I have a terra-cotta tile roof, It 96 years old. I reached out to 4 other local roofing company's (2 were based out of Omaha/Lincoln). All 4 came back with bids into the thousands of dollars to fix a leak that had been going on for years (we had bought the house 3 years prior). All four companies wanted to remove a portion of the tiles to find and fix the leaks. And this was not even a guarantee to fix the lake. Walking down Central street here in Nebraska City i noticed Schoen's Roofing office. Stopped in, explained my leaky roof to Matt Helms.
