“I reached out to Locks and Lashes hoping to book a stylist for my daughter’s wedding, and even though they were already booked for the date, they went completely above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have to do a thing, but instead of just telling me they were unavailable, they took the time to recommend specific stylists they’ve personally worked with and trust to do beautiful work.
That kind of generosity says everything about a business. They could have simply said “sorry, we’re booked,” but instead they treated my daughter’s special day like it mattered to them too. The care and thoughtfulness in their response meant so much during a busy, emotional time of planning.
